because all of those lean so heavily on the transaction and going from start to finish.

And we all know, we don't get paid until it is finished.

Today I'm interviewing Miss Brian Smith.

She's just down the road for me in Hanford, California.

I think I'm her biggest fan.

I'm so so honored to be here. Brian, tell us what's your story, what's your name, what's your style?

So thank you so much for having me today and I appreciate it. You're too kind. So I'm Brian Smith. I was born and raised in

LaMore, California. We are mostly known for the Navy base but then also known for

our good old berries and the smell of cows obviously. I moved away for a few years, went to college down in

LA and I studied merchandise marketing at the fashion Institute of

Design and Technology, but then when I came back, right as soon as I graduated, I was ready to come home.

I didn't want to stay in LA, and all you can do when you move home to the valley is work in Ag.

So I started working in ag for a little bit, got my feet wet and then did a couple other jobs from there.

What led me to real estate is I started working for a real estate team doing their marketing and then when they relocated to the east coast I got my license I was going to take over their real estate business but the distance was a little tough. So I went out on my own independent

just about three years ago now,

and I've just been trying to hustle ever since,

really trying to brand myself and put myself out there

and that's just really helped my business so far.
