Let's talk about some front office.

I think, Graham, should we start off by maybe defining the term front office?

And I wonder, is there a UK or European

equivalent will we just call that upstairs because I don't think front office is in European

partners is it? Yeah so the term front office typically refers to the management of the team and

they're the ones who generally have the most control and power and they're the ones who can pull the levers that can actually make a difference, whether that's in the performances of the team on the pitch or the identity of the club or the commercial side of the club.

And I do find, as you reference there, Ryan, I find that the term is generally used in American soccer and American sports.

It's not a term that I grew up with, certainly.
