This is another fun, real person chat. Today's a real person's chat where I'm talking with Ali and Allison Walker, who live in Arizona currently. And really

interesting story with them is they lived abroad for a few years when they retired pre-pandemic,

lived abroad, sold their place in the U.S., and were literally living months at a time in various parts of the country.

And you'll hear them discuss how they did it, where they stayed with the arrangements were,

et cetera. I mean, they kept their U.S. residency and still filed the U.S. tax returns, whatever,

but they were kind of like on extended vacation for multiple years outside the country with some

trips back here and there. So hopefully, you know, that's a unique angle. I haven't yet chatted about with anyone yet. I don't know if I said that

right, but it's first people that that had extensive travel to the point there were, you know,

physically not in the country for a few years, basically. So, so I hope you all get a lot out of

that, at least those who are interested in the travel thing and truly living abroad for an extended period like that. There's some really good information from from Ali and Allison. And there are jokes in there. Not only did I hit them with a few jokes, but they gave me one that they really liked. So I won't spoil it for you. I'll let you hear it firsthand when we
