James will have a lot to talk about today, but let me start with something different.

John Gruden was cashier at his coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, professional football team.

After disclosures, he sent racist, homophobic, and misogynist messages.

This wasn't an isolated incident. Gruden is a vile bigoted, so all you can say.

But you know, the bigger scandal here, James, is that much of the exposé came from the NFL's investigation of the toxic culture of the Washington Football Team.

Gruden exchanged some offensive emails with some of their executives, which were then leaked to New York Times.

Yet, that report was never released, a report about the Washington Football Team that was covered up.

And after a mile slap on the wrist, Dan Snyder, the owner, remains in charge.

As the lawyers for some of the women who were sexually attacked by people in this franchise wrote, and I'm going to quote it, because it really is a great statement.
