1:19.2	the light phone. I don't know if you've heard of it. It's this tiny little phone that has very few
1:30.0	features on it. It has the phone obviously for texting and calling and alarm calculator. You can
1:38.5	get directions, music and podcasts but I'll go more on that in a bit. It's not actually features.
1:44.8	I ended up using on this phone. So first of all, what motivated me to get a dumb phone? I think
1:51.7	this probably goes without saying, but cell phone addiction, smartphone addiction is a problem in
1:59.4	our society. I talked about this in an episode. I should look up what number it was, but I had a new
2:05.6	solution where I think it was beginning of this year, where I would not use my smartphone throughout
2:11.9	the day. So I would put it in a drawer upstairs in our bedroom and not touch it until nighttime.
2:20.0	And that routine was really working nicely because it was at least breaking the cycle of me having
2:25.5	it all throughout the day to check as I went, you know, ran upstairs, went to the bathroom. You can
