back to another episode and today I am going to be sharing with you what I am calling

well called nitchhacking but I'm really going to show you how to nitchhack and start

earning faster how to speed up this process for nitch property building alright now

this is a secret that I shared and I call it a secret and I'm kind of doing it you

know kind of to be funny because you know all the gurus are saying like here's the secret

but it is kind of if you've never heard about it or if you've never done it before and

it's something that I kind of stumbled on and something I've been doing more and more

and more now and the cool thing is is as you're doing it you're learning from looking

at other nitch properties and seeing what's working and there's a way that we can do this now

because we can see we can really pull back the curtain and see inside of one of these nitch

properties and see their traffic we can see how they're earning money you can see how all the

site is all of that stuff and I'm not saying to do this to copy them at all what I'm doing is I'm

really looking at that as validation for either a nitch or it can lead me into a subnitch alright

and I'll share with you what that looks like here in a minute but a lot of people get hung up on

choosing the nitch or they choose the nitch and then they wonder why it's not doing well right

...
