meditation on being more stoic. Now if you don't know what stoism really is or being

stoic, it's a kind of a form of reframing your thoughts, your feelings, and our mind attachments

to what's going on in life and how we can have a greater perspective.

Therefore, reducing anxiety, seeing things clearly, getting more wisdom and resiliency,

no matter what you're going through.

So I thought, rather just having the conscious level,

and this is actually a wonderful suggestion actually, but I thought it'd be really good to be

able to get the unconscious mind in on the act of being more stoic in nature, more mindful,

more understanding, reframing certain aspects and problems in our life. And that means we

get to act and react in a far more resourceful way and see more wisdom on the day-to-day things,

whether big issues or small issues. If we can pre-teach your unconscious mind this, that will mean

you're able to deal with any of the conflicts that you go through in life.
