It launches. We first mentioned the idea of a cookbook I think over a year ago.

Probably. Yeah, on one of the podcast episodes we said, hey, we're working on a cookbook. We're not sure when it'll come out and it took a while.

And that cookbook that we kind of had started, went through so many transformations and you know I

thought well maybe I'll make a really healthy cookbook, but as I kind of experimented more with recipes, I was like,

me no, if it's going to be something that our listeners can really use, then it has to be quick and easy recipes.

Yeah, I know you wanted to make sure that all of the ingredients were not only

short ingredient lists for the recipes, so you didn't have to get too many things to put together,
