Summary

It's the last contemporaneous Thought Police before Christmas and Mike Graham and Kevin O'Sullivan have quite simply had enough. Not much festive cheer here as they get stuck into: London being plunged into Tier 3, Chris Whitty's incompetence, the COVID death rate, how senior ministers are neglecting their duties, Angela Merkel's uselessness, why journalists are getting an easy ride, New Year's Day restrictions, talking through a mask, nipping normality in the bud to the cost of the country, the death of democracy and Jeremy Corbyn. Bah humbug!
