And I'm really glad to be able to welcome Tom Henschel to the show today, who I'll introduce in just a moment,

and he's going to walk us through three steps to

soliciting feedback and after the interview I have a bit of feedback as well

I'm thrilled to welcome my guest this week. His name is Tom Henschel. Tom is an executive

coach and he's also the producer and host of the podcast The Look and Sound of Leadership, which is something he

started as a project for his clients and has turned into a very popular podcast, one that I listen to on a regular basis and I've just been so

thrilled with Tom's wisdom on the show and I'm excited to be able to welcome Tom to our show here to talk about the importance of
