First things first, I've either done my back in or put my back out, depending on which of those you prefer. I think I've done my back in on this occasion. Yeah, I hurt myself today. I was, oh, Jesus Christ, I was lifted. There would be a lot of these noises in the podcast today. Like that. You know, yeah, I've done my back in. I was picking up the baby. I did it at a weird angle. And I've hurt myself. And can I be honest? I resent the child for it. You know? I looked at him and said, why are you so heavy? You know? Yeah, I've done my back in. I've hurt myself. A lot of guys probably wouldn't have come down to do the podcast today. But we soldiered on. I say

soldiered on 35 seconds ago. I demanded that Mike plug my charge room for me because it couldn't bend

down. But we're here. I'm hot because I've got a hot water bottle on my back and it's doing

a good job but also it's making me very warm in the face as well. I'm uncomfortable,

but we're going to do the episode and we're going to have a nice time. It's a bit like, you know,

whenever your family took you on local holidays when the weather was so bad during the summer,

you know, everything's going against me, but I'm going to force us to have a good time.

Mike had his vaccine today. I was going to say, can I say that? But why would you need that to be a secret? Yeah, I mean, they're pretty sketchy about filming and photography at the SSC. It's like respect people's privacy, but... It's a same with everywhere. You just outed me. Yeah, but do you think that's weird because you're thinking, well, who would need to hide that they were having it done? No, no, I'll tell the word of like. Yeah. You, what did you get? AstraZan.
