I want to come at you with all of the energy I want to like bring it for you today I have

it a cold sort like let everyone get here get connected because the people are going to

be like why are you talking so quietly why are you not opening your mouth because I have

a giant beautiful gift leftover from the snow so please know that my energy in my heart

for you is at its highest peak but I'm afraid of opening my mouth too big and hurting myself

so I'm just going to talk a little bit like fish today no I did not you're just joining

us I did not have lip fillers though what's that has anyone on here ever had lip fillers

my girl one of my girls who did my hair once told me that she had it done I should have

hurt really bad so I'm not I'm just I'm not doing I just this morning when I had the

cold so I was like oh look at you little full lips anyway that's not the point point is

I'm here my hardest year I'm just going to talk like this it's fine how is everyone

today how is everyone Dave is sorry like quote things happening Dave is doing coaching

today so he is not here and I am taking over this morning's livestream duties what can I

tell you um we went this weekend we went to the snow we went to Utah and we we went there

because it was days 45th birthday about nine months ago I was like Dave this is a huge birthday

what do you want to do do you want a birthday party do you want me and you to go on a trip

do you what what's like your dream and so he thought about it for a minute he came back he said

I'd really love to go skiing like if we could get a crew of people together we could go skiing that

would be amazing and that is fantastic except that um I don't ski and actually most of our friends
