It is Thursday. This is coming out a day late because I was doing something special this week.

I was pretty torn. Did I say I'm Kate Kennedy? I don't know. You're here at this point.

I'm sure you know who I am. I'm your host. I love you, dearly. Thank you for being here.

I, you know, this has been an interesting time for everybody and

it's having a podcast has been interesting because you know, it's it's wild to like be doing a lot

of talking when I don't feel like I'm like out experiencing life. Even though my podcast is largely

rooted in the things that I just like scroll into the deep at night, it's not like what am I talking

to you about like the great outdoors? No, but all of a sudden I'm like stunted because I can't,

you know, go outside and buy outside and meet a home goods. But alas, here we are. I have another

episode that I don't, if anything I'll put out next week. I might, I might just put it out whenever

without an advertiser behind it because I recorded an episode that was like about a more intense

topic about like signs from lost loved ones. It's heavier. It was kind of heavy for me to record

and it was just kind of like an interesting, I don't know. I wasn't, this morning it didn't

feel right about it and I wanted to, didn't have time to listen back to it and I just was like,

I need more time with this episode. And who knows, I might love it tomorrow. That's the problem with

being like a moody podcaster is some, some days I am just so appalled by the sound of my own voice.

I can't possibly put you through it and it really distracts me. This is why people have outside

editors and like producers and but I refuse because I am controlling. But anyway, I actually,

I thought like depending on how long we're doing this for, I wanted to have kind of a series

where I fell in a friend and by that I mean a friend of the podcast somebody know you guys love.

And not say who it is and just surprise you with a breezy fun conversation where we catch up with
