After a hectic week working I have some exciting news (more about that below), and I also managed to get time to record another new free audio for you!
It was requested and I thought that the subject of changing habits and behaviours is something that many will get value from.
As always I explain some fundamentals when it comes to doing so, that way you get the inner 'know how' for the future and then I guide you the process of changing the habit/issue/behaviour in a way that gives you the power back, and thats what I love about it, you gain the control over your mind and therefore your results.

| 0:44.3 | You see, habits or thoughts which enter our mind are simply only given permission to be there by our relationship to that habit. |

| 0:58.0 | So if we have a negative behavior or issue in our life, it's come into fruition simply by doing it a number of times. |

| 1:13.3 | As soon as you got in the car, it's very overwhelming at first, but after a couple of weeks |

| 1:22.9 | of months, you start to do it naturally where you don't think about it. And that goes for the same thing for pretty much every habit that you've got right now, the good, the bad, the ugly. |
