Hello everybody and welcome to this very special edition of the next lander

podcast special in a lot of ways. The first is we've my Alex has moved offices. We

have a new next lander location we're expanding out we're getting a little bit

more coverage in New Jersey. You just weren't cutting it man. No we're we have

two offices in New Jersey now. We are sadly closing the New York office. Thanks Eric

Adams. Very soon. Good news is everybody there is given given the opportunity to

move to New Jersey and the one person that works there has taken it. Yes. So you

are you are speaking from your basement. I am. This is your basement. Did you

also shave your head? There's like a work picture of me painted here because like the

wall is entirely black behind you. Yeah. You appear to have completely shaved your

head and there's some very sinister backlight for headlighting and kind of like half in

shadow kind of thing. You got a little apocalypse now thing going on. Oh fantastic.

I was going for you know. You got a little brando in the huts going on. Yeah the black

is actually just so I can continue painting the picture is actually just cork board.

Like there's all like I just all like push pins and cork board back here. So I'm going

to put a bunch of bullshit on there. That window I it's I have not gotten around to putting

a blanket over because that has this glow that I think I'm going to need to block out

for the camera. Not that it's doing a whole lot of them just give me a light anyway.

And yeah. No, I shaved my head actually a few days ago, but it's much more noticeable

I think with this lighting. It definitely has a real glow off the dome kind of thing.

Looks great though. Looks like it looks like you're in your not your shot is not too different
