want you to work from home. They don't want you commuting.

They don't want you getting in your fossil fuel built car and adding to climate change, which is ridiculous when the world is actually cooling right now, but don't get me off on a tangent.

The work from home revolution has changed the landscape for workers, businesses, commercial real estate investors alike.

Data shows that working from home is here to stay.

During the pandemic, workers rebuilt their work day around home offices,

Zoom phone calls, and they built brand new skill sets from working at home. Many people find

that they like the flexibility of the work life balance that working

from home can provide. Plus, the perks of reduced travel time, the expenses of sitting in

a car for two hours driving back and forth can be exhausting. I understand it.

Employees have proven that they like working at home. They like the efficiency of it.

So what's the point of a brick and mortar office building anymore?

While some companies have required employees to come back to the office in some capacity,
