thing. You're doing a great work. Okay, a few words about Matthew. Matthew Stewart is co-founder

and CEO of National Service Group, which operates College Works Painting, Empire Community

Construction, Home Genius Exteriors, and SMJJ investments. National Service Group has grown from a

small California-based business into an international company over 28 years. He serves on the

board of directors for multiple organizations and his past chairman of the Global Board for the

Entrepreneurs Organization, a worldwide business network comprising over 15,600

leading entrepreneurs in 60 countries. He travels extensively across the world speaking on the topics

of entrepreneurship, strategic planning, and business development. Matt hosts the Edge of Excellence

podcast. Well, before we get into your whole backstory, Matthew, tell our listeners around the world for a couple of minutes what you're working on right now that has you excited and motivated.

Well, all my life, I've spent my time, work and non-work, helping foster entrepreneurship from the business that I helped start through some of the

associations I belong to and help lead.

So I still do that.

After 28 years, I'm still working with college students, still helping them understand business,

still helping develop tomorrow's leaders through our little painting company that's been

around forever.

In addition to that, I help my kids' friends and my friends' kids get into college as a hobby.

I help people that age find the right job using disk, and then I've got a podcast now spreading
