Greg, week after week on sound opinions in the news segment,

we have been covering what is nothing less than a war between the recording industry and

its own customers.

Now in Oregon, there's a really interesting story that I'm shocked hasn't gotten more

attention outside the state.

The University of Oregon was approached in August with 17 of these

lawsuit threatening letters for its students. The University took a stand and said

no we're not going to say who the students are behind those IP addresses. It's a state school
