to navigate it.

First and I think it's just honestly the most important thing to understand how it's navigating the feelings of what this can bring up and how it can hold you back from what you're experiencing or what you want to experience and how to navigate through it.

So let's just die right in.

So this actually is a podcast episode that I wanted to navigate because anytime that my clients

are navigating change, something that they bring up is imposter syndrome.

So I wanted to give them every resource possible to help them understand what's happening,

what it is, why it's the most natural thing to occur during acts of change.

So what I actually like to call imposter syndrome specifically when you're in the space of change.
