I'm going to start off today's show with a quote from a soccer coach that was sent

to me on Twitter from at Mr. underscore Mike underscore goss.

I know nothing about soccer and I can't even pronounce the coach's last name.

I actually don't even know if this guy's a coach.

I'm just assuming that he's a coach.

But the quote is about analytics and it says, it's like if you and me went for a picnic.

We take a chicken and I eat all of it and you have none.

But statistically, you have eaten half of the chicken.

This is why I don't look at statistics.

I felt like we should kick off today's show with that profound quote.

It's incredible that people think this way, but hey guys, we have to always remember that

that's how we gain an edge in everything that we do, right?

It's because people do think this way.
