Recently, we've been talking about the difference between motivation and momentum.

To help you understand why I love momentum,

I wanted to share something I learned when I was training to become

the world's greatest bodybuilder.

There is a motivational saying I love, see it.

Believe it, achieve it.

But I think it's missing a step in between.

You also need to explain it.

Before you can achieve your goals, I believe it's helpful to express them and share with others.

I think you need to admit to yourself and communicate to others

that this thing that started in your mind

as a little idea has exploded into a massive dream with huge potential

to benefit your life and theirs.

I didn't come up with this method of sharing with others.

I learned it from Joe Weeter.

Joe told the world that he knew where bodybuilding and fitness could go

if he continued to do what he was doing.

It didn't matter that he wasn't there yet.

It was only a matter of when, not if.

And when you look at that vision and what he said, it came true.

Today, the fitness industry does 100 billion in revenue every year.
