team meetings. Don't get me wrong. I love my team. We like meeting together, but our meeting agenda is a 100-plus

page Google doc. Oh, my word. That is a mess to wade through and find relevant information. How do you both organize meeting

agendas and notes with your team members? Michelle? Oh my goodness, Hannah. That's a lot of pages

for a single Google doc. I'm having flashbacks to like grad school. But I'm going to share how I

always organized our team agenda slash notes and hopefully it will give

you some ideas. I was the fourth grade team lead. So it was my responsibility to create the

agenda and then lead the team meetings. I, of course, created a template that I used every single

time. So within the Google Doc, I had a section for upcoming

dates. We could put any questions we had for admin. We could put curriculum updates. We had a spot

for a data discussion, which we didn't do every time. But if we needed to, we could. And then just
