Summary

While Trump hasn’t said much specifically about tech policy, the GOP platform does, believe it or not, have a tech section. There’s plenty to like, plenty to dislike, and plenty to scratch your head at. Is Obama really throwing the Internet to the wolves? Has the GOP changed its mind about net neutrality? Can encryption be both good and bad at the same time? Without further ado, here’s TechFreedom’s guide to the 2016 GOP Tech Platform. For more, see here.

1:07.9

Like, what's going on? I will say that all listeners out there, if they care about their children,

1:11.0

if they care about the future of our country, vote your conscience when it comes time to pick a new host.

1:14.6

Okay.

1:15.1

And obviously we will open this up to an online vote where like 10 people vote and then

1:19.4

that's how we decide who hosts the podcast.

1:21.5

You know, Dan Beneventi, our chief operating officer, has a large contingent of Peruvians

1:25.7

who are going to vote for him.

1:27.5

That's true.

1:28.1

Just so you know.
