Hi guys. Welcome back to feathers in my hair.

I want to start out by saying thank you very, very much to everybody that reached out to me

last week. It was really nice. As I've said before, I'm just so grateful to have this platform.

And I definitely woke up on Sunday morning and was like,

yikes, I should have cut that out. And, you know, like, obviously I woke up at like 10 a.m.

So this podcast had already been launched for like, not launched live for like three hours.

I mean, I still could have taken it down, edited it, put it back up. But then I got on my little

Instagram, follow me at EBP underscore feathers, got on my little Instagram and saw comments and

already had messages. And it was just really nice and great. And I really, I really appreciate all of you.

So let's not

cry this week. It's my goal for today is not to get on this podcast and cry this week.

You know, and I think I can do it, even though just like thinking about what I recorded last

week makes me tear up a little bit. I still very much recommend that you guys

listen to last week's This American Life episode. I think it was called War Stories. It's the first

act. It's like 25 minutes long. Everybody that I told to listen to, including my brother,

who is the least emotional person alive, told me that they, like, loved it and thought it was great
