We start off with Ned who's been patched up. He wakes up to find

Robert and Cersei standing over him

Robert commands that Katlin released Tyrion and Ned make his peace with Jamie

But Ned wants to go after Jamie and Cersei starts to question Robert's leadership

So he smacks her no one Cersei leaves Robert commands Ned to tell Katlin to return Tyrion

He agrees and asked to go back to Winterfell, but Robert says no, no, no and tosses him back the hand of the King badge

Making him hand of the king again

It's been reinstated against his own will
