Welcome back to the QOTS, the day show I'm your host, Sean Crox and the Sean Crox and

We got the late, the great North Carolina State basketball coach Jim Valvano on the

show today.

What I thought I'd do this week is do things a little bit backwards because why not?

We're going to do throwback Thursday on throwback Monday and we're going to have Steve Harvey

on a Thursday and Ed Myled on a Friday.

I don't know why I just want to change things up just a little bit.

So what we're going to do today is turn back that clock to episode number 32.

I think this was like 2017.

I believe way back in the day and the coach is going to lay out the keys for going from

ordinary to extraordinary.

And he's going to talk about how you can accomplish anything you want.

Here's the coach.

I want to talk to you about how I do my job, how I do my job in a competitive field,

how each day I try to beat the North Carolina State and everybody else.

How I can do that?

I think everybody has to have a personal philosophy of how you live your life.
