We appreciate it so much. welcome to the backseat today it's

Melissa and I where you know we switched some of you guys know some you guys don't

you were like boom you're once a week Tuesdays with a guest forever okay and then you are

every day that was our big shift to every day during the quarantine quanticles

Quonicles and then boom that's too much. We're going down to twice a week and then we got a guest in Mondays with Mel and now boom we're back to

Tuesdays I'm doing interviews in person when I can because Zoom calls fine God bless

them don't like them I like the episodes that we put out I think we made the best of the scenarios that we're in but man it's just so much better to talk to a person in the flesh in person. Yeah, I agree. So you just have that just natural flow. You know just everything's just

flow and natural. Same thing you want in a conversation as you want in a year

year in stream. Just everything flow and natural. No awkward timing. you know what I mean yeah you don't want to you

don't have to over exert yeah like your face I'm talking about conversation and urine streams here.
