Hello everyone and welcome to another episode of Moon Beaming. I am so thrilled and happy and

0:10.3

honored to be with you here today. This is truly one of the joys of my life and I am grateful

0:19.9

that you're here. So thanks. Thank you for being here. Thank you for your kind reviews. Thank you

0:28.4

for your kind messages and I'm just really really appreciative of you. I feel like I say this

0:36.4

every episode and also probably don't say it enough. Gratitude is such a core foundation. The

0:47.6

practice of gratitude, consistent gratitude is such a practice of abundance because if you're

0:57.8

grateful for what you have, you'll always have more. Simple math don't know how it works.

1:07.9

I have dyscalculia. It's a like learning disability around math so I actually don't know if it's

1:15.4

simple math or not but it's quantum physics perhaps. What I will say to you is if you've been feeling

1:22.9

maybe not so grateful, taking a moment now or after the show to really name what you're grateful

1:35.2

for and who you're grateful for and what you're grateful for and then thinking about how that gratitude

1:43.4

feels in your body, in your energy field and sinking into that and then seeing what gratitude

1:53.3

would have you do as an expression. It also reminds me of course of this idea from Bell Hooks that

2:01.6

love is an action and so if you're grateful for something or someone, how do you express that

2:10.0

gratitude? How do you think your roommate because they're always so awesome or how do you show

2:19.3

things for your pet, for your plants or whatever it may be. So you know just a simple extension of

2:26.6

gratitude and love is being an action. That's just what's coming up for me today. Like I do this in

2:33.6

part because I just want to connect with you. I want to connect to like-minded people. It makes me

2:40.4

feel much less alone as someone who's felt alone for a lot of my life, right? So it's just like

2:47.6

really nice to be able to share my ideas and my teachings and what I've learned and things that

2:55.5

have helped me and also share folks who are really inspirational and really amazing. And that is

3:04.1

who is on this episode today. Today we have an incredible guest, Jeff Cobur. Jeff is an actor
