This week on the podcast, The Christ Churchchurch terror attack the death of Mike

Thalicetus and Bito O'Rourke's campaign for the presidency.

It is New Zealand's deadliest terror attack. 49 people have died in mass shootings at two mosques in Christchurch.

These are people who I would describe as having extremist views that have absolutely no place in New Zealand.

The 28 year old from Australia

live streamed himself opening fire.

She had also posted a manifesto online expressing extreme white supremacist views.

Last week the world was shocked by the racist mass murder of 50 Muslims during their Friday

prayers in Christchurch, New Zealand.

This was the deadliest mass shooting in New Zealand's history.

The killer was a self-evowed white supremacist.

Within hours of the news breaking, the blame game began with many pointing the finger at right-wing

commentators the mainstream press or anyone who had previously criticized Islam or

immigration. Tom what was going on here?

Well I thought one of the things that was most striking about that horrendous

horrendous attack from the off was how it really did you know catch the world unawares in some respects I think

there was something about it which felt so horrific you know in terms of the body
