The most success that I've seen from networking is networking within your network. Nowadays, we're looking for when we think networking, it's, okay, how can I find someone who's going to come into my ecosystem and help me level up? Okay, so I think there's levels to networking, right? Do I want to meet somebody that's like-minded? That could be a space of networking, right? But do I want to meet somebody so I can go to the next level?

I think that's difficult.

And I say I think it's difficult because you essentially have to grow and change in the process.

That person has to see the shift in you for them to continuously want to help you unless somebody just like,

okay, you could kind of be a project for me.

But when you kind of like networking up and they see a value in you and you see a value in them, but the value's totally different, they got to see a shift in you.
