I've learned in recent times is kind of like the first time I heard Wim Hof, it just changed my life forever.

get divorced. Certainly was a huge stressor in my household and I think it is just

something that that really goes missed. It goes missed in our education. It goes missing our upbringing and it's something that we need to talk about more but Rameet really dumbs this shit down his book I will teach you to be rich
