0:50.5	as some, but lots, you know, and interviews and resumes are always tough.
0:57.2	So a lot of times, resumes kind of look all the same and they can really blend together,
1:03.0	especially if you're looking at a lot of them at once, which, you know, employers often
1:07.6	are when they're trying to fill a new position.
1:10.1	They might have to look at more than 10 or maybe even more than 100 resumes and they
1:14.5	start to all look the same.
