| 1:40.0 | parents. I think it's that time of year when things kind of ramp up again and it tends to be a very, very busy season, particularly this first week of September coming up here. But you know, regardless of when you're listening to this, it is, you may be going through a busy time right now. |
| 1:56.4 | And so I think that it's good for us to reflect and take a few minutes to think about what we can do when we are completely overwhelmed. |
