Good to talk to you. Today's episode we're actually

interviewing Armando Lopez. We shared a little clip of Armando, maybe two months ago

where we did a whole episode about hiring and we've actually hired somebody since then and did it completely

differently not completely differently we evolved our process and it was fantastic it's one of the hardest things to get right in a company.

It really is. And it's so important.

And it's one of those things that you're taking a risk on them and they're taking a risk on you.

But I think there are things you can do that Armando specifically talks about about how to actually do it well in a way that you not just mitigate risk but set up your entire team for success.

Yeah, and I wanted to do a deeper dive with Armando.

So he actually has six principles, six things

that they do in the hiring process, that you can borrow from

if you want, you can leave some of them out.

I think all of them are strong, all of them should be done.

I really do agree with all of them.

Except the part, you know, he's with Ramsey's solutions that we should say,

to remind people, I think they make you share your personal

budget with him we don't do that we do make you share your diet so you have to

write down everything you've eaten in the previous month we have communal
