I discuss the German fighter pilot's experience in the West with Patrick Erikson.

That's episode 60 if anyone wants another listen. Later that year, Patrick followed up with a second book, Alarm Start, East, focusing on the Lufwaffe

fighting over Russia. That's episode 85. Well, Patrick has now finished his trilogy of Luftwaffe books with Alam Start South and the final defeat.

Closing with the German experience flying in and around the Mediterranean, so North Africa, Sicily, Malta,

etc through to the end of the war. So I've asked him back for a chat. As we've already
