What's up everybody, welcome back to another episode of the Lights Out podcast.

I'm your host Josh as always, I'm joined in the studio by my producer Joel.

Today we are back after taking a week off. Last week was very rough for me.

If you didn't hear the news, I got really, really sick, came down with the flu actually,

which was super fun. Because I also happen to be moving at the same time, so I was battling flu

symptoms while packing, trying to get myself moved, and I got to say it was pretty much hell.

Yeah, like that. And for like the first couple of days I thought for sure I had COVID,

like that was my main concern was that I have COVID, my wife's pregnant, big issues there.

So I went and got tested, and the test came back negative. So I was like, what the hell?

Like I haven't been this sick in years. It's been a long time. Yeah, like I don't,

like Joel and I just really don't get sick that often. Like we have pretty good immune systems.

Yeah, definitely. So when I do get sick, it's usually really, really bad.

It's hard. Yeah, it really did. So we weren't planning to take a week off,

and I was really bummed that I wasn't going to be able to podcast. Just, I mean, my congestion was

what have been miserable to listen to. Yeah, I think so much better now.
