real estate investing game. I like to think there are a lot of different

investors. But this is the season with my course that comes out twice per year, real estate start

school coming out on March the 16th. When I like to focus more on the fundamentals, either those of

you who are new, getting started, or even more advanced

investors who want to go back to the fundamentals. So this is going to be a relatively short

episode where I go over those five steps. But if you want to go into more depth with those and

also ask me some questions personally, I have a webinar coming up this week. If you're listening

to it in the first week, the podcast episode comes out on
