A note about the Phillies outfield I wanted to talk about. I also want to talk, dig deep into Dave Dombowski here just a little bit. He's been at the helm now for a few years. And I kind of want to just have a conversation about the job we think Dave Dombrovsky has been doing, has done. Is it, is Dave a little overrated? Is he underrated? Is he doing a great job? Is he not doing a great job? We're going to kind of get into that stuff here on this edition of Hitting Season. I had a great Christmas.

Yeah, definitely was able to relax and have a good time and take a break from this constant spew of compelling baseball news that is just just a just rapid fire this time of year.

So just to get some time off from news that the Phillies had signed Levi Stout to a deal was, you know, just to take a breather and reset.

It was really refreshing.

Yeah.

Well, I just hate how it was how it just distracted us from our holiday plans, you know?

I mean, we're just. Oh, yeah. Got to shove away from the Christmas dinner table to be like,

I have to go. The Phillies signed a 30-year-old catcher who's played 11 major league games.

That did not go over well at the dining table on Christmas night, Justin.

I'm not going to lie to you.

I paid for that one a little bit later on in the day.
