Our Just a Prospect podcast. Today is August the 24th, about 9.15 in the morning. Hope everyone is having a good week.

Weather has improved greatly here on the East Coast. and boy, we have avoided the big hurricane so

far this season.

Knock on wood as I live in a beach town, but nothing even on the horizon.

We are in the middle of hurricane season right in the height of it, so make it another

month, and we should be kind of over that.

So keep fingers crossed that.

We don't see any of that.

Hope you guys been watching a lot of baseball games.

I've been getting out to as many minor league games as they can.

I'll be heading off to see the Yankees play the Hartford team.

Yankees, AA play the Hartford team sometime here

in the next either tonight or tomorrow or Friday

or all three days.

Don't know yet.

So had a little

tooth problem yesterday.

I had to get addressed.

But I am all doing well.
