0:41.7	This is important to be over someone, to be over something. And what this means is someone did something bad to you or something bad happened to you. You experienced something bad.
0:52.8	Somebody, you know, embarrassed you or somebody,
0:57.8	maybe you had a boyfriend or a girlfriend and they left you for somebody else. Okay. So basically
1:05.7	you have a broken heart. You have a broken heart or you have anger. Okay, you're, you're angry at that person.
1:13.4	You have some very negative feelings, okay? Now, do these negative feelings last forever?
