Well today we're going to conclude our teaching of Leap and a Love session one.

It's really been about what I hate what I see in the mirror.

That's been the title.

But we're kind of digging into the idea that we have evidence of self abandonment, self

rejection that shows up in our everyday life and it might surprise us.

It's not as obvious as you might think.

In fact, most of these things are things we would not relate to self criticism.

So the cool part is that we're spending a lot of time talking about these topics.

And if you're just jumping into this podcast, yeah, it's going to feel like the conversation's

been going.

Don't forget to go back and listen to the last two podcasts because that's really the

completion.

In fact, I would even recommend you don't listen to this part and you go back to the

third first one and listen to it.

And it's about three parts and we're talking all about self abandonment and then we'll

drop the next lesson hopefully the next couple weeks, which is all about recovering ourselves

and learning what God confidence looks like, growing in self acceptance and radical love

towards ourselves and towards others.
