So the first time I came across your work was when I was on maternity leave.

So I've got two children, Henry Madeline, and my oldest Henry is four and a half.

And I was on maternity leave about four and a half years ago.

And there were a lot of late nights with a baby who at times wasn't sleeping and there was quite a lot of YouTube browsing and I stumbled across your YouTube channel and it made me feel happy. It made me feel informed, your actionableness of your work, the people that you talk to, your authenticity and your humor, it just comes

across in all the things that I was seeing on YouTube. And it was a very nice, in those dark

nights when I was quite tired, watching your YouTube channel felt like a very light relief that
