Okay, well, this episode is a very different format.

I've never interviewed multiple people on the show at the same time, let alone three.

But since one of my guests today actually jumped out of an airplane for his show, I would consider it a relatively insignificant risk.

vulnerable with each other and cultivate other aspects of their humanity.

Sasha Lewis is the co-founder of the men's emotional wellness organization, Everyman.

Every man helps men connect with each other in supportive environments where they let down

their guard and can be emotional in ways that are typically not supported. They bring men together

in community through retreats and online forums to openly share their feelings with each other.
