What are we doing today?

I think we're going to do the second installment of Deer Squad, which, if you guys don't know,

is kind of like a squad questions, but usually with the

squad questions, we just kind of throw up on the Instagram, you know, questions. And they're

like short, little like, you know, whatever, what's your favorite?

Yeah. And the squad questions are a little more in depth. They come to the email. They're usually situational questions. And yeah. I just want to say, while I am studying to be a therapist, we are not therapists. We advocate for hiring professionals to help you with the big questions.

These are just us speculating and using our experiences on just kind of a lot of people get

a lot of things out of these questions.

We get the same questions often over and over again.

So hopefully this helps someone else, number one, to not feel alone.

And number two, to hopefully get something meaningful out of this conversation.

but I have a question about something I'm struggling with. I'm 25 and newly sober about two months
