I have to tell everyone, I'm sorry sometimes you hear like these noises.

I just touch my desk a lot because I can't sit still.

And I didn't realize that you can like hear that a lot when I talk.

And it probably no one has noticed.

But I just noticed.

I noticed it a lot last episode.

And it bothered me and I couldn't edit around it because it's just literally my body moving.

Usually when I'm talking because I'm an active speaker.

But yeah, it's a struggle for me to get me to sit down for a single hour on time to do these.

Maureen knows we, like, literally push today's episode.

It's almost two hours from when we said we would originally start an hour past when we

rescheduled this morning, aka this afternoon when I woke up, because I woke up, I was like, oh, it's, what?

I slept so late. I should have known because the blood moon.

It worked out perfectly because I didn't have notes ready.

I felt so proud that I managed to get my like cat and cat fat notes together.

But I suppose do we have any news to share with our folks? Well, I was going to say, you fidget, I breathe weird. You know,

that's just how it is. You don't breathe weird. You just inhale before you like talk. And that,

well, I usually like anything I like, I try to be, you know, cognizant.

But sometimes I think it helps, you know.

I have bad lungs.
