So hello lovely, fortunately listener.

I've got good news and I've got bad news for you,

which you won't first. We'll have the bad news anyway.

There's no fresh episode this week on account of me

having a rather bad migraine last week,

then having to get on with a day job and zoom to Cardiff,

and I'm sending this to you from Boscom Bay in Bournemouth,

and then Jane was out of town collecting another honorary degree I think in leads,

and then she had a programme in Liverpool, and today she's in Birmingham.

So if we were on an episode of Vera, I think you'd probably suspect that we were drug mules,

but we're not, we were just a little bit too busy, and I'm really sorry,

but we just couldn't get together to record an episode, unfortunately.

So the good news is, that was the bad news, by the way,

the good news is that we're putting out again the fabulous episode with Emily

Maitless, because she's all-class, she's incredibly professional,

and she managed to make time for us.

I am on the beach, by the way, just because you heard a scream in the background,

and that might continue the Vera theme a bit too much.

Oh, and before I go, next week we have got a fantastic episode with Jacqueline Gold,

the Chief Executive Officer of Anne Summers.
