All right, welcome back today, what I'm going to be sharing with you is how one niche property

is making $1,796 per month, and that was one month and two different revenue streams

pretty much passive.

And I'm going to share that with you because I've been talking a lot lately about this

whole niche properties thing.

It's funny, as I start talking about it, it's like more things start becoming even more obvious.

Things start aligning even more, and I like to a lot of times think of this as real estate because

I've done real estate. I've got an Airbnb, it's great and everything, but it's very, very similar

that you can build these properties. You can do as little with them or as much as you want to

with them. I actually just did a coaching call yesterday with one of our BCA members, and she kind

of built one out just as a test to see how it was going to do if she could do the process, if it
