Welcome back to the Quot of the Day show I'm your host Sean Crox and the

Sean Crox and calm we've got Lisa Nichols back on the show and today Lisa is

going to share her story and I really wanted to share this one this week

because everybody has a story everybody who's been successful had a

cat that really go through something and many times we when we're going through

something we just we just give up we just look at our conditions and our

circumstances and we say this is it that's all it's ever going to be and we've

had so many people tell us what we can and we can't do so when things get

tough we just accept them and we believe that we can't get through it but

people who become successful don't have any resources within them that you do

not have in you so when you hear Lisa's story and you hear yourself in that

story know that you can overcome your situation the way she did as well

here's Lisa so look at my life now and I have the pleasure of having a

wildly financially successful life but it looks nothing like it looked in

1997 1997 my middle name was Lisa NSF check Nichols I always had so many

NSF checks I couldn't pay attention I was so broke I couldn't do anything I

I couldn't feed my son I was so broken and finally I decided wait a minute I

cannot live this life have you ever been to a place where you know this is not

who I know myself to be this is not who I am this is incongruing this life is

incongruing with who I know myself to be anybody been there yes and I look up

I said wait a minute this is not my destiny and I realized no one was going
