On the morning of Friday, the 17th of December, 2004, a woman called into Dunshockland

Garda station in a distressed state.

On foot of this and information that the woman gave to Gardee, Garda Derrick Halligan went

to an address in a nearby housing estate called Mildoon.

When he arrived, Garda Halligan found Anton Mulder, who lived in the home with his wife

Colleen and Anton Mulder had lived in Dunshockland for about two years, having moved to the area

in 2002 from Northern Ireland after Anton got a job as a regional manager for KFC.

The couple had met and married in South Africa, where Colleen and her family had moved when
