and getting to the finish line where you make a profit in this example, it's more fun when

How to buy real estate with little cash and no credit. Now I know that

title sounds a little bit sensational, but I'm actually going to unpack a very specific

financing tool that helped me a lot. It was one of the several tools that I used when I first

started investing in real estate when I personally didn't have a lot of cash or any credit. And it was a way I was able to start buying properties, both properties to flip and also long-term rental properties. So I'm going to explain my story of using this tool called credit partners, how it worked for me and most importantly, how it can work for you. So I'm going to explain that. And I hope it's something that you can use,

whether you are a person who is brand new and is in a similar situation to what I was in,

or also for a lot of you who are more experienced, who hit a wall or you get stuck with

financing. Maybe you've hit your wall with your traditional financing options where they

limit you and say you can't get any more traditional loans or for whatever reason, if you get stuck with your financing, it's really important to have a bigger toolbox of financing options. And that's what I'm going to do today. I'm going to give you one specific tool and explain how to use it so that you can use it in your own real estate investing business.
